Just the Facts

Old St. Pat’s Church, Chicago’s oldest public building and a treasured historic landmark, is the host of the 25th annual World’s Largest Block Party. This event is a party for a good cause.  Proceeds support the mission and outreach activities of Old St. Pat’s including the Education Center, the Outreach Group, Cara Job Placement and Mentoring Program, Career Transitions Center of Chicago and Global Alliance for Africa.

We need your help!  Food Pantries and Shelters are experiencing a larger demand for their services due to the economy and rising unemployment. To meet this growing need Old St. Pat’s is collecting non-perishable food items for the Greater Chicago Food Depository.  The first 100 people each night to bring a food donation will receive a free hot dog from the Old St. Pat’s Grill.  The drop box will be located at the front gate at Madison and Des Plaines.  Thank you for your generosity!

Thousands of friendly people will mingle and meet.  You must be 21 years of age to attend.

Tickets on sale!

Block Party general admission tickets are $35 in advance or $40 at the door, if not sold out.

All tickets purchased online on or before, Sunday, July 5 will be mailed. All other tickets will be held at will call.

BEFORE THE EVENT (recommended), pick up your tickets before the Block Party at Old St. Pat’s, 711 W. Monroe, Tues, July 7 – Thurs, July 9 from 11 am – 6 pm, Fri, July 10 from 10 am – 2 pm and Sat, July 11 from 10 am – 2 pm. Tickets will be available for pick-up the next business day after the order has been placed.

AT THE EVENT - Pick up tickets at the event at Will Call located near the entrance gate at Madison & DesPlaines beginning at 5:30 pm.

THE PERSON WHO PLACED THE ORDER MUST PICK UP ALL TICKETS FROM THIS ORDER AT ONE TIME. PLEASE BRING A PHOTO ID.
